Privacy Policy

This page explains what we do with your information when you visit bboatparty.me or book a place on one of our boat parties in Budva, Montenegro.

Who we are

Budva Boat Party (BBOATPARTY) organises boat parties departing from Slovenska Plaža, Budva, Montenegro. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +382 67 864 510 for any question about your data.

What we collect

• Booking details — the name, phone number and party size you send us over WhatsApp, plus the date you book for. We only ever get this because you write to us first.
• Site analytics and advertising data — if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel records that you visited this page and which parts you interacted with, so our ads reach people who are actually interested. If you decline, this does not happen.
• Event photos — our photographer takes photos during the party, and we publish a selection on our Instagram afterwards.

Why we're allowed to use it

Booking details are processed because we need them to perform the service you booked. Advertising cookies are processed only on your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time. Event photos are published on the basis of our legitimate interest in showing what our parties look like.

Who else sees it

We don't sell your data. It is shared only with the services we need to run the party: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) for booking messages, Meta for advertising measurement if you consented, and our hosting provider, which records standard server logs. Some of these companies are based outside Montenegro and the EEA.

How long we keep it

Booking messages stay in our WhatsApp history for as long as the account exists, so we can handle repeat guests and any dispute over a booking. Advertising data is retained by Meta according to their own policy. Photos stay on our Instagram until we remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including asking us to take down a photo you appear in. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll deal with it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our events are for adults and this site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Booking Terms

Bookings and payment

A place is confirmed once we've confirmed it back to you on WhatsApp. Tickets are €59 per person unless the event page says otherwise. Your ticket covers the boat party, a welcome shot, live DJ, the swim stop, the photographer and the sunset cruise. Additional drinks are bought on board.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel more than 48 hours before departure and you get a full refund.
• Cancellations inside 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
• If we cancel — most often because of the weather — you choose between a new date and a full refund.

On the day

Be at Slovenska Plaža at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding. Bring your ticket and valid ID. The boat does not wait for late arrivals, and missing departure counts as a late cancellation.

On board

• Outside food, drinks and alcohol are not permitted on board.
• Follow the crew's instructions at all times, especially during the swim stop. The crew's decisions on safety are final.
• We may refuse boarding to, or disembark, anyone who is intoxicated to the point of being a danger to themselves or others, or who behaves aggressively. No refund is given in that case.
• Swim at the swim stop at your own risk. Bring what you need for a day at sea — swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and sunglasses.

Photography

A photographer works throughout the party and photos are published on our Instagram afterwards. Tell the crew or the photographer on the day if you'd rather not appear, and message us if you want a published photo removed.

Liability

You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen personal items, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our control such as weather, port authority decisions or your own failure to follow crew instructions. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law.

Cookie Policy

We keep this short, because the site uses very few cookies.

Without your consent

Nothing but a single entry in your browser's local storage, recording the choice you made in the cookie banner. It exists purely so we don't ask you again on every visit. No tracking, no third parties.

Only if you accept

The Meta Pixel loads and sets its own cookies. It tells us how many people who saw one of our ads reached this page and started a booking, which is what keeps our advertising affordable enough to hold ticket prices where they are. Until you accept, the pixel runs in consent-revoked mode and stores nothing.

Changing your mind

Clear this site's data in your browser settings — the banner comes back on your next visit and you can answer it again. Declining costs you nothing: every part of the site works exactly the same either way.
